Je viens de lire ça sur le côté anglais:
"You might not realize this but there are psychiatrists who follow the chess message boards. At least, a woman in Quebec and a man in the U.S. who was on staff at a hospital. Those two I exchanged email with. They considered the chess crowd to be ideal for some research they were doing."

I'm shocked at your analysis of Kevin in particular and the team in general. Kevin has written nothing to provoke your personal attack.
Kevin is the premier Canadian player at this time and offering him anything less than board 1 or 2 is insulting. His consistent result speak for themselves.
Now for your psychological observations. Your personal biases are not sufficient basis to choose a team. Regarding the problems last time, it should be obvious the lack of a sponsor and the general uncertainty are a deterrent to continuing the bickering. In a worst case scenario the team might consist of those who are willing to go without sponsorship. Last time I looked the donations were still 16,000. short.
I like strong players with attitude. The attitude is part of what helps make them good players and keeps them good players. Good losers are for someone elses team.
While players not getting along on a team is a problem, it's usually not difficult to weed out the one or two who dislike authority figures.

Qu'en pensez-vous ?
Bien à vous,
